Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

By accessing or using this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services

We provide custom and stock acoustic treatment solutions, including consultation, design, manufacturing, and installation. Final service scope is outlined in individual project estimates or proposals.

3. Estimates and Proposals

All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Acceptance of an estimate or issuance of a Purchase Order (PO) constitutes agreement to these terms.

4. Orders & Payments

  • A deposit (typically 50%) is required to initiate orders.

  • Balance is due upon delivery or installation unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept payments via credit card, ACH, or check. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month.

5. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders involving custom or made-to-order products are non-cancellable and non-refundable once materials have been ordered or fabrication has begun.

  • Cancellations of stock item orders may be allowed within 7 days of order confirmation, subject to a 30% restocking fee.

  • Requests to modify an order must be submitted in writing and approved by us. Additional charges may apply.

6. Installation & Site Conditions

Clients are responsible for providing access to the installation site and ensuring the area is ready for work. Delays caused by site inaccessibility, construction conflicts, or unsafe conditions may result in additional fees.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Custom acoustic panels and treatments are not eligible for return.

  • Acceptance of an estimate or issuance of a Purchase Order (PO) constitutes agreement to these terms.

  • Stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging, subject to a restocking fee and return shipping costs.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of approved return.

8. Warranty

We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from delivery or installation. This does not cover damage due to misuse, improper installation by others, or environmental factors.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, images, text, and branding, is the intellectual property of Sundance Acoustics and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sundance Acoustics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Marin County, CA.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site or services after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
