Refund policy

Orders involving custom or made-to-order products are non-cancellable and non-refundable once materials have been ordered or fabrication has begun.
Cancellations of stock item orders may be allowed within 7 days of order confirmation, subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Requests to modify an order must be submitted in writing and approved by us. Additional charges may apply.

Custom acoustic panels and treatments are not eligible for return.
Acceptance of an estimate or issuance of a Purchase Order (PO) constitutes agreement to these terms.
Stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging, subject to a restocking fee and return shipping costs.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of approved return.
